Grape Story told by 🍇🍷📝✨

ขอให้น้องเบล wine enthusiast ประจำ ( ) Bracket wine bar ของเราเล่าถึงองุ่น Stueben กับ Delaware ให้ฟังหน่อย เบลบอกว่าที่ table grape องุ่นลูกผสมทานสดได้จากอเมริกาทั้งสองคนนี้ฮิตในญี่ปุ่นเพราะเป็นองุ่นเปลือกบาง เติบโตได้ดีในอากาศหนาวเย็น ผลเล็กเหมือนเบอร์รี่ เหมาะกับสภาพอากาศ จึงถูกจริตชาวสวน แถมให้บอดี้บางเบา หอมหวาน อโรมาติก เน้นกลิ่น แอลกอฮอล์, tannin, กับ acidity ไม่สูงเกินไป ถูกปากนักดื่มญี่ปุ่นเพราะเข้ากันได้ดีกับอาหารการกินและ Izakaya culture

ความ Slip-Skin ลอกเปลือกง่าย ทำให้ Delaware เหมาะเป็นองุ่นทานเล่น แทนของหวาน กลิ่นอโรม่าให้ความรู้สึก Nostalgia ถึงขนมวัยเด็กอย่างพวกเยลลี่องุ่น เป็นทางเลือกที่ราคาดีกว่า Muscat หรือ Kyoho คนญี่ปุ่นจึงมักเลือกซื้อเป็นของขวัญ ส่วนในฝั่งของไวน์ ถึง delaware จะเป็นองุ่นแดงสีชมพูระเรื่อแต่ก็มักนำไปทำเป็นไวน์ขาวหรือโรเซ่ก็เพราะเรื่องที่เปลือกลอกง่ายอีกเช่นกัน

ส่วนทาง Steuben แม้จะเป็นองุ่นสีม่วงครามเข้มเกือบดำ แต่ความที่เป็น Slip-skin เหมือนกัน เลยเน้นนำไปทำไวน์แดงอ่อน โรเซ่ หรือไวน์แดงที่บอดี้บางๆ เป็นที่ถูกใจชาวสวนฟาร์มองุ่นญี่ปุ่นเพราะความทน ความแกร่ง ทนโรค ปรับตัวได้ดีในสภาพอากาศบ้านเค้า เก็บนอกฤดูกาลได้ และแม้เก็บเกี่ยวแล้วก็ยังกักเก็บความหวานและคุณลักษณะเด่นทางกลิ่นรสให้ยังอยู่ในผลได้นาน

Cellar น้อยๆของเราเริ่มเลือก Steuben กับ delaware เข้ามาบ้าง ชวนชิมและชวนน้องเบลคุยต่อได้ที่ .winebar บนชั้นลอยของ .booksandbar เปิดทุกวันนะค้า🍷

Renowned for its high quality expressions of the traditional Catalan grape varieties like Carignan, Mourvedre Grenache, Grenache Gris, Muscat d’Alexandrie, Muscat de Petits-Grains, and Macabeu. Domaine Matassa is one of the most in-demand wineries in the natural wine scene and even had become like a cult! 💥

Come try this new cuvee biodynamically cultivated by the soil that nurtured-well with the greeneries such as Mediterranean bushes, cedar, fig trees, rosemary, and with the help of horses 🐴🍂🌲🌿🌊🦋🐝🪲🐞🍇 in the vineyard surrounded by dense forest near the Pyrenees ( mountain range between France and Spain ) in Roussillon, France and produced by Tom Lubbes; an avant-garde winemaker whose first vintage (2003) was all produced in his own living room! 🛋️⚗️🍷

ติดตามชิมไวน์ Matassa มาตลอด 4-5ปี (ซึ่งแต่ละปีแตกต่างกันไป) เราขอรับรองว่าพบความสนุกที่ยังคงความอร่อยแบบไวน์จริงจังอยู่เสมอ แม้จะเป็นโปรดิวเซอร์ที่เริ่มในปี 2003 (ที่ผลิตในห้องนั่งเล่นของเค้าเอง 🛋️🍇😱) แต่ Matassa ก็เติบโตอย่างรวดเร็วด้วยความหัวก้าวหน้าในกรรมวิธีผลิต จนกลายเป็นเหมือนหัวขบวนของมูฟเม้นไวน์โลกใหม่กับเป็นไอดอลของผู้ผลิตไวน์หน้าใหม่หลังปี y2k มานี้ ฟาร์มองุ่น Matassa ตั้งอยู่ริมเทือกเขาในพื้นที่ใกล้เขตแดนระหว่างฝรั่งเศสกับสเปน ในแคว้น Roussillon ล้อมรอบด้วยป่า กับดินที่ดูแลแบบไบโอไดนามิค มีพืชอย่างเช่น พุ่มเมดิเตอร์เรเนี่ยน โรสแมร์รี่ ซีดาร์ ฟิกซ์ รายล้อม กับม้าเลี้ยงในการช่วยปรุงดิน 🐴🍂🌲🌿🌊🦋🐝🪲🐞🍇 ( ) ได้มาไม่มาก มาปีละครั้งเท่านั้นจร้าา
