🍸 6 Sambuca Cocktails

1. Sambuca Sour 🍋

Flavor: Bright, balanced, aromatic

45 ml Sambuca

25 ml Lemon juice

10 ml Sugar syrup

(Optional) Egg white

👉 Shake → coupe
💡 Egg white = silky texture + foam

2. Blackberry Sambuca Smash 🫐

Flavor: Fruity + herbal

45 ml Sambuca

30 ml Blackberry purée

15 ml Lime juice

Mint

👉 Shake → rocks
💡 Great contrast: sweet + anise

3. Sambuca Espresso Martini ☕

Flavor: Rich, bold, aromatic

30 ml Vodka

20 ml Sambuca

30 ml Espresso

10 ml Coffee liqueur

👉 Shake hard → coupe
💡 Sambuca replaces sugar = deeper complexity

4. Italian Mule 🇮🇹

Flavor: Spicy + refreshing

45 ml Sambuca

15 ml Lime juice

Top ginger beer

👉 Build in mule mug
💡 Unexpected but works beautifully

5. Sambuca Citrus Spritz 🍊

Flavor: Light, bubbly

30 ml Sambuca

60 ml Prosecco

30 ml Orange juice

Splash soda

👉 Build → wine glass
💡 Low ABV = daytime seller

6. Flaming Sambuca Shot 🔥

Flavor: Strong + theatrical

30 ml Sambuca
👉 Light flame → extinguish → drink

💡 Add 3 coffee beans = classic Italian serve
