“Milk” Khunn Thanaworachayakit of Sugar High takes over Akoya Beach Lounge with “Elements of theCoast”, her special concept created for two evenings by the sea.

Akoya Beach Lounge mixology team was truly delighted to be part of this special Guest Shift, bringing the spirit of Hua Hin to Bangkok and sharing our signature cocktails behind the bar.

It was such a fun and memorable night filled with great drinks, good vibes, and wonderful people.

A sneak peek of the new menu, best enjoyed with 180° of sea ahead.

Our new à la carte menu is coming soon, featuring fresh coastal flavours for long evenings by the sea. Early highlights include Blue Crab & Shrimp Croquettes, Seared Tuna Tataki and Gambas A La Baracoa.

These dishes are already available on request for an early taste.

At Akoya Beach Lounge, the food is defined by fresh coastal character and vibrant, well-balanced flavours. Expect a harmony of light, aromatic notes, gentle sweetness from the sea, and bright accents that lift each bite, all crafted to feel natural in a beachfront setting.

Alongside the food, our new signature cocktail, Ocean Beacon, will be available from the 1st of October, offering crisp, refreshing notes inspired by the coastline.

His guest menu moves from crisp and refreshing to smooth, aromatic and gently bittersweet, with notes of coconut, grape, honey, apple and Mediterranean botanicals bringing a different character to each signature creation. Pair the experience with a selection of bar bites, made for sharing as the evening unfolds along the beachfront.
