it's not about finding the best worker, it's about finding the right fit.

a lot of talented and experienced people applied, but we're vibe first.
we can't compete with the big players with investor money to burn.
and i really don't want to pay a new hire more than i would my current staff

(after all, the extra revenue to hire "more experienced people" came from their backs. they should get the money)

what we can't give in money, we can offer in growth.
this is a chance to be yourself.
to find your voice, and to learn from the experiences of others.
we have awesome guests.
the world comes through our doors every night.
they're all from different places.
their stories will shape you.
they're here for who knows whatever reasons.
be one of them before your shift ends.

everyone can make drinks and food.
those things can be taught.
but we serve with our full souls,
and there's no recipe for that.
