Hemingways Bar and Restaurant is located just before the arch heading towards Jomtien Beach. If travelling from Pattaya turn right at the traffic lights on Thappraya Road. As you approach the arch, turn right again into the Jomtien Complex Condo car park and Hemingways can be found on the ground floor on your right. Getting to and from Hemingways could not be easier for it is on one of the main Songthaow (Baht Bus) routes that runs from Jomtien to Pattaya and beyond. The baht bus is one of the least expensive methods for travelling around the city but if that is not to your liking, then there are alternatives such as taxis and taxibikes.

Another fantastic night at Hemingways Monday Quiz as 21 teams battled it out! Solo quizzer Archangel proved once again that you don’t necessarily need a team behind you, taking top honours with 70 points. Brexiteers were hot on his heels with 69 points, while Talay Terrors completed the top three with 66 points.

There was plenty of joy during the halftime Quick Draw McGraw too, with Jolly Boys, Pork Pie Peddlers and Exiles all picking up some freebies.

But the night really belonged to Archangel. Not content with winning the quiz single-handedly, he went on to land the 3,000 baht East Coast Real Estate Jackpot as well! A cracking night’s work, with the jackpot now resetting to 1,000 baht for next Monday.

A big congratulations also goes to Lee of Team Lee fame, who walked away with a fantastic individual prize—a tasty selection of Thatchers and Rich’s C***rs, courtesy of our great friends at The Home of C***r, Apple Honey and Uber Drinks.
