The Farm Ban Meo (ฟาร์มบ้านแม้ว) Natural Process
(200 THB / 150g) This coffee expertly processed by Chang Pao (ช่างเปา) of Ler Tor Gold (เลอตอโกร), is an exceptionally vibrant Natural Process coffee!

​Roasted just yesterday and tasted today, it offers a juicy, fruity acidity with distinct notes of orange and pineapple. 🍊🍍

​It’s so bright and refreshing that I honestly had a moment where I wondered if I’d accidentally grabbed a Washed process batch instead! It's a truly spectacular natural.

This one is from Gedeb, a high-altitude area with super clean air. We used the Anaerobic process this time, which gives it a surprisingly complex taste.

☕️ 4 Beans We're Roasting this week (You Should Try These!)
​We've been cycling through these four beans lately, so we had to recommend them! They’re easy to drink, taste amazing, and cover both the super fruity and floral Ethiopian style and some unique Thai gems.

​🇪🇹 The Floral & Fruity Ones (Ethiopia)

​1. Yirgacheffe Gedeb (250 THB / 150g): This one is from Gedeb, a high-altitude area with super clean air. We used the Anaerobic process this time, which gives it a surprisingly complex taste.
