We updated the menu🥩
Let’s start with the hot dogs.
♥️All our hot dogs are made with house-made sausage — and now there’s a completely new one on the menu.
🍄🟫Mushroom & Mozzarella Hot Dog — house-made chicken sausage, mushroom julienne, mozzarella, Parmesan and creamy garlic sauce.
🍖We also upgraded our BBQ Hot Dog with caramelized onions. Bacon, BBQ sauce and sweet caramelized onions together? Slightly dangerous.
🍗The Smoked Chicken Sandwich got an upgrade too: more chicken, a new house-made sauce and a little more spice.
🥬We added Romaine lettuce to the Italian Sandwich, making it fresher, juicier and even better.
🥵But the biggest update is PORKSTRAMI.
Until now, our pastrami was made from Australian Black Angus beef. Now we make it from pork too.
And yes — we make our pastrami ourselves from start to finish.
We choose quality meat, marinate it ourselves and smoke it for more than 12 hours. The whole process takes over 5 days.
No pre-packed deli slices. No shortcuts.
From raw meat to the sandwich — it’s all made by us.
And for everyone who has ever looked at a sandwich and thought, “This needs more meat” — we now have two sizes.
