Gaen is the best interpretation of who we are. The word “Gaen” has 2 meanings in Thai, one is the core, the essence, the most important part of something. The other one is a person who is not afraid to do things a different way, outside the norm.

We respect that the core of Thai food are the ingredients and flavours, and our modern cooking method is how we understand food and the way we elaborate our own creation and inspiration on Thai cuisine.

No one would disagree that the best way to try a new cuisine is to have a local to guide you through that experience. This is especially true for Thai food as each region has its own charm and style.
