Not every drink is built for the heat. Porque we built this one for indulging in aircon.

Introducing …Cartel Coffee: Olmeca Altos Reposado, Jameson Irish Whisky, Cointreau, café de olla, demerara, salted cream. Our take on an Irish coffee, with Mexican spices, reposado tequila, and a cold salted whipped cream on top. (Non-alcoholic available too)

Could be a nightcap, or just your literal warmup - you decide. 💨

Let us first start off by thanking you for your continued trust in us. Now, let us remind you we’ve never let you down. So here we go again with something new and a lil out there 💫 🧀

Queso & Cola Sour: cheese rind-washed bourbon, Don Mateo mezcal, Amaro Montenegro, homemade Mexican cola, lemon. Finished with a generous grating of parmigiano on top.

Sharp, smoky, floral. And yes, cheesy. It may sound wrong until the first sip, then it immediately sounds like everyone else at the table orders their own.

Our latest low-ABV addition. Rosa Americano: Agua de Jamaica tea, aloe vera, Campari, sweet vermouth, cacao, fizz. Low-ABV, floral, and fizzy. A welcomed drink to our cocktail roster.

It starts upstairs, but it doesn't have to end there. 😏

Smoked lamb tostada: malbec wine reduction, salsa macha, caramelised onions, jalapeño, herbs. From the Carito's kitchen, best enjoyed downstairs with something cold in hand.

This one doesn’t need the weather as an excuse. But it’s a good excuse if you’re looking for one.

Guayabazo Sour: Demonio de los Andes pisco, green guava, smoked coconut, lime, egg white, bitters. Pisco from the Andes. Guava that’s been on every Latin grandmother’s table. Bold, tropical, and just tart enough to keep things interesting.

One of those drinks you order once and immediately know you’re having another.

Single-Origin Bamboo: dry sherry, dry vermouth, cacao fat-washed bitters. Low-ABV, complex, and best sipped slow to enjoy its full potential.

It’s leaving the menu in May, so don’t wait too long.

Songkran’s done, the city’s exhaled, but we’re just getting started!   This is the part of April we like best. The room fills up slowly, the music finds its tapping feet, and nobody’s in a hurry to be anywhere else.

Argentine Libre: dark rum, cola, Fernet, lime. Refreshingly zesty, with that signature herbal kick that somehow makes the heat feel like someone else’s problem.
