THE LADIES reflects the journey of a woman with the courage to pursue her passion, yet forced to battle her greatest fear—the dark shadow within her own mind, acting as another version of herself. Behind that mysterious mask, how will she overcome it?
A contemporary performing arts showcase rooted in the traditional Lanna martial arts of Fon Yoeng and Fon Dab (Sword Dance).

Discover the Art of Lanna Mind–Body Balance
Experience Fon Jerng, a unique movement practice from Northern Thailand that blends traditional martial arts, dance, mindfulness, and cultural heritage.
Trainer: Bowonlak Khuankaew (Vivi)
Dates: Sundays,August - This is last chance to do in Rong Sa Dang ( We will move ! )
2-4pm
Venue: Rong Sa-Dang, Thapae Road, Chiang Mai

Our Ladies story × Fon Jerng:
Fon Jerng was only recently opened to female practitioners, and we are happy to create and develop our own performance based on our personal life stories.
Through this show, we share a new interpretation of Fon Jerng while honoring its traditions. After the performance, we invite everyone to join us in dancing together with joy, playfulness, and connection.
This will be a unique experience in the beautiful atmosphere of Rong Sa-Dang, where performers and audience can share a special moment together.

Through movement, music, and improvisation, this collaboration explores a dialogue between you and artists.

Join us for an evening of living heritage, embodied wisdom, and cultural exchange through dance, martial arts, and live music.

A rare opportunity to experience Chiang Mai's living cultural heritage through your own body. Beginners welcome.✨

Vivi is one of the strongest and most mindful people I know in Chiang Mai. It brings me great joy to see her sharing this beautiful tradition with a wider community. We're honored to welcome her and hope more people will have the chance to experience the strength, focus, and wisdom of Fon Jerng through her teaching.
