Meet the vineyard behind the w**es of our next sit-down dinner 🍇🇮🇹 this 11th & 18th of September
Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo is a family-owned, women-led estate in the Marche region of central Italy.
For generations, the Bruscoli family has cultivated indigenous Italian grape varieties alongside carefully selected international cultivars. Among them are Verdicchio, Montepulciano and Sangiovese, each shaped by the estate’s unique landscape.
Production is intentionally kept to small batches, allowing the w**emaking team to give greater attention to detail and precision at every stage. Depending on the needs of each w**e, the estate works with a range of vessels and materials — from stainless steel and amphorae to untoasted oak barrels.
Thoughtful farming, considered w**emaking, and a deep connection to the land.
This September, we’re bringing a little piece of Marche to Bangkok. 🍷
