Step behind the bar at Vol de Nuit for an afternoon.

On Saturday 16 May, we’re opening our hidden bar for our very first Cocktail Workshop!
Two hours, hands-on with Tong Somkanay , Chalong Bay Brand Ambassador.

Three cocktails, three spirits, three techniques:

* Chrysanthemum Negroni with gin
* Spicy Mango Mojito with rum
* Lanna Espresso Martini with vodka

You’ll shake, stir, and build each one — then sip what you made, surrounded by Arnaud Nazare-Aga’s pop art. No experience needed. Just a curious Saturday afternoon.

Khun Tong, mixologist, Chalong Bay Brand Ambassador & co-founder of Lanna Vodka, leads the workshop.

Three Thai organic spirits, one technique each:
🍸 Lanna Espresso Martini, shaken.
🍹 Chalong Bay Spicy Mango Mojito, built.
🥃 Saneha Chrysanthemum Negroni, stirred.

The setting: An open-air sala by the koi pond, tropical plants, warm light, Arnaud's pop art sculptures. Eight seats only.
