Guillaume Wyss aka Boogie G was Safe Room's first musical director. We will always be proud of that. We are saddened by his untimely passing. His creativity, music, and spirit live on in those who knew him. He will be missed by many. Our hearts go out to his friends and family.

Our mission is to showcase new and exciting electronic dance music with the best local, regional and international DJ’s in an atmosphere that is open minded, inclusive, and a safe place to be yourself.

We are situated on the mezzanine level of 8 Silom, a repurposed bank building, ergo the name Safe Room. Low ceilings add an intimacy to the space’s relaxed and casual environment. The dance floor is powered by an 11,000 watt vintage analog Nexo sound system, and is amongst the best in the city. The atmosphere of the room is completed by immersive lighting and laid back chill zones - an actual bank vault has been converted into a relaxing smoking room inside the club. Safe Room has been the host to some of the most revered international electronic talents like Oskar Offermann, Felix Dickinson, Jane Fitz, San Soda, Alex From Tokyo, FIT Siegel, Borrowed Identity, Paramida, Chris Cruse, LTJ Bukem and many more..

SAFE ROOM has a full bar with a range of drinks to satisfy most beer drinkers, cocktail fans, and spirit lovers. Easily accessed by public transport and in the heart of the bustling Silom neighborhood. Good music, good vibes, good people. No dress code.
