In the meantime, we will update you with what we are up to and appreciate any feedback. A little place to retreat, socialize and sip on some fresh and exclusive cocktails. We are NOT a molecular bar serving cocktails with an overwhelming array of pretentious ingredients. Instead, we prefer to focus on simple botanical infusions to serve you original, clean and delicious drinks that can be enjoyed over and over again. Lavender and chrysanthemum infused vodkas and fresh pomegranate sake are just some of the House-made Starling ingredients we use. We take pride in blending quality ingredients and liquors in all our drinks to give you some of the freshest, tastiest cocktails in Bangkok. We also serve 'classic' drinks for those who enjoy something a little more traditional. Our menu is comprised with a quality hand-picked w**e list (by our friends at bottlegrotto.com), champagnes, b**r blends and more. Our 'Bites' menu dishes up some down-to-earth, satisfying plates such as our signature crab brioche rolls, fried scampi cone and truffle fries. The goal is simple. To give you great drinks, tasty food and memorable moments. Welcome to Starling.
