Alternative indie all night tonight. We’ll keep it slightly off-centre with Alex G, dusty acoustics, strange little textures and a few beautifully warped records alongside it.

Mon 11 – Jaime Branch ‘Fly or Die ii’
Contemporary jazz all night. We’ll keep it rhythmic, noisy and slightly experimental.

Wed 13 – Alex G ‘God Save The Animals’
We’re keeping it alternative indie all night with Alex G and a few similarly warped records alongside it.

Thu 14 – Big Brother & The Holding Company ‘Cheap Thrills’
Classic soul, blues and psych all evening. Plenty of late 60s rock records on rotation.

Fri 15 – Slowdive ‘Just For A Day’
Shoegaze all night. We’ll keep it washed out and heavy on the reverb.

Sat 16 – Air ‘Talkie Walkie’
Electronica all evening. Soft synths, downtempo grooves and a few late-night classics mixed in.

Sun 17 – The Sunday Request
Come down, dig through the collection and let us know what you want to hear.

Next week we’ve got some Boards of Canada as we prepare ourselves for their new album (yes we’ve got it on preorder!).
The rest of the month is our usual mix of post punk, psychedelic, jazz and a little R&B.

Experimental / alternative indie Wednesday with Horsey ‘Debonair’ and mellow folk indie sounds with Weyes Blood on Thursday.

Wednesday is The Smile ‘Wall of Eyes’ we’ll keep the vibe with Radiohead, Stereolab and Slint

Thursday is Oddisee with his high energy funk / soul fused hip hop.

Friday we get into the more electronic side of Jazz with Ghost Funk Orchestra.

Saturday is classic trip hop with RJD2, Mr Scruff, J Dilla and the like.

Sundays are for requests as always.
