Welcome to Chinatown India, the next stop on Ba Hao’s Chinatown tour. Chinese techniques met Indian spices, local ingredients and a whole new food culture.

For the next few months, we’re exploring what happened when those two worlds met.

So we brought the idea back home - crispy duck, soft pancakes, hoisin, cucumber and spring onion. Wrap it your way, make a mess, order another.
