Dear friends, Madame Koh by Eats Payao is honoured to be invited to create and cook a special Singaporean inspired menu at the highly prestigious and renowned House On Sathorn (W Hotel Bangkok) on the 7th & 8th December.

Our team from Madame Koh Chiang Mai including Chef Gav, will be helming the stoves to dish out our Singaporean inspired dishes to all of you while the amazing team of Singaporean Mixologists flown in from the top bars in Singapore will be shaking, stirring a pouring you amazing tipples from the garden city also known as my motherland.... Singapore 🇸🇬

Both evenings promises to be memorable and especially nostalgic to Singaporeans living in Bangkok.

We're on a mission not only to assist those affected by the floods in Chiang Mai but to help feed the homeless too. We didn't realise that there are so many homeless individuals around the old city, perhaps this is also because many have been displaced by the recent floodings.

We will be delivering food boxes once again and then we'll have to take a break as we have to head down to Bangkok for work. But when we're back next week, my wife, my dad, my teams and myself will also be purchasing basic necessities such as milk, instant noodles, biscuits, buns, canned food and more to be packed and distributed.
