La Côte de Bœuf : 1.2 kg of pure sharing pleasure. 🥩

A beautiful, generous Côte de Bœuf (Ribeye) made for the middle of the table.
Served with a fresh salad, golden sautéed Provençal potatoes, and two sauces because choosing just one would be impossible: black pepper and rich, buttery Café de Paris.
