The afternoon brought together creative cocktails, storytelling, and spirited exchange with Three X Co from Kuala Lumpur, alongside Jakarta’s Between The Sips. Complementing the pours, Executive Chef Matteo Fontana of The St. Regis Bangkok collaborated with Chef Anthony of Tony’s Bangkok on American-Italian-inspired tapas, with a live DJ setting the tone for an afternoon well spent with friends.

His winning creation, The G.O.A.T, celebrates Thai ingredients, creativity, and a more sustainable approach to mixology.
