Enjoy guest shifts by Allen Fang from Asian Flush (Shanghai), and Adrian Xu from Bruma (Shenzhen), joining Beverage Manager Brian Gonzalez for an exciting lineup of cocktails crafted with the Bacardi portfolio, including Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire, Dewar’s, and Patrón Tequila, alongside Ruinart Champagne and Perrier selections.

The afternoon continues with refined tapas by Executive Chef Matteo Fontana and Executive Pastry Chef Nina Sanda Win of The St. Regis Bangkok, together with Chef Rohit Sharma of Tapori Bangkok, live DJ performances, and the elevated Sunday hospitality.

‘Velvet Brew’, a signature cocktail inspired by Harlem’s late-night jazz cafés, where warm brews linger beside the music and the mood unfolds slowly into the night.

Smooth, deep, and gently smoky, the cocktail echoes the mellow melancholy of ‘Round Midnight’. Chiang Mai cacao from Kad Kokoa, a Thai chocolate specialist dedicated to supporting local cacao farmers, is layered with coffee, bringing a distinctly local richness to the drink.
