Meet the Tiny Crew from Saigon.
Tiny Bar is a small neighbourhood w**e bar run by chef Thao Le and her crew. Fresh seafood, small plates, plenty of w**e and a bustling kitchen. Their food leans Western, but Vietnamese ingredients are a major part of the picture.
We visited them in Saigon and loved the energy of the place. The crew, the food, the way they run things. We're very excited to host them at our w**e bar.
For these two nights, they're leaving their usual menu behind and going full Vietnamese, bringing a modern take on Vietnamese food straight from Saigon to our kitchen.
14–15 October at No Bar. Everything is available a la carte.
