The island glows.

Calamansi Riposato carries that aura. A single ice sphere of locally sourced calamansi and tangerine, frozen at peak ripeness, releasing brightness as it melts. Warm spice from sous-vide cinnamon. Soft peach. Citrus that opens gradually from the first sip to the last.

Smoke doesn't arrive, it appears.

In When Night Falls, applewood smoke is drawn across the glass before the pour, leaving a trace that shapes everything that follows. Bourbon and house amaro find their depth within it. With a lingering cigar note that doesn’t dominate.

Like the tiger in the dark. Smoke is there long before it's seen.
