Named after the “well” in the middle of the garden, the Witching Well is for its Mediterranean Fusion Cuisine and its unparalleled atmosphere one of the most popular restaurant in Pai since 2006.

We constantly looking for new ideas and in order to bring our customers the beauty of the Mediterranean flavours we directly import many of the products we feature on our menu, Cured meats from Tuscany, cheeses from different regions of Italy, flour and pasta, fish and seafood and of course Wines, Our list includes a great selection not only from Italy but also from around the World

The Witching Well is as well the perfect place to indulge yourself with one our trendy cocktails for the “Aperitivo Time” ( Pre-meal drink )Italian popular tradition, simple idea & a very social & functional way of meeting up with friends having cocktails & some snacks The best way to beat the heat.

On January 2017 we decided to completely renovate our place with an innovative design which in now fully integrated to the town without a great impact and at the same time introduced a new trend in Pai.
