Jackhopper
Dessert Style (20% ABV)

A playful fusion of a classic cocktail and Thai dessert. The drink features a refreshing coconut and milk granita, served with vodka infused with fermented jackfruit. Cinnamon and cardamom bring a subtle warmth of spice, complemented by delicate chocolate notes from white cacao. Crispy jackfruit is served on top, adding a satisfying crunch and texture to enjoy alongside the granita.

By embracing modern techniques like clarification, fat wash, fermentation, carbonation, tinctures, and cordials, we craft drinks that are modern in style yet deeply rooted in Thai identity.

Spirit Forward Style (30% ABV)

Inspired by the scent of weathered wood, forest bark, and a whisper of smoke, this modern Old Fashioned explores depth through simplicity.

A harmonious blend of Irish whiskey and Scotch whisky creates a silky yet structured foundation the Irish whiskey lending elegance and softness, while the Scotch contributes a delicate smoky character. Coconut blossom sugar adds a mellow, caramel-like sweetness, complemented by the warm, resinous notes of cedarwood, resulting in a refined finish that lingers long after the last sip.
