Today our kitchen filled with laughter, lemongrass and chilli 🌶️ Our guests joined us for a Thai Cooking Class — pounding curry paste by hand, learning to balance sweet, sour, salty and spicy, and finally sitting down together to enjoy what they had made. One guest told us it was the first time she had ever cooked Thai food from scratch — and she said she will make it again at home for her family. Moments like this are what we love most.
