Hoppy Gin - Dry Gin with a Hop flavour!
The story goes far!
Back to 1876, when Josip Bilger, the Novo Celje (Neu Cilli) mansion caretaker, brought the first hop seedlings to Slovenia. In Savinjska Valley, in 1886 Janez Hausenbichler used those seedlings to start growing a hop variety called Savinjski Golding, which is, because of its quality, still highly valued in Slovenia and abroad. Since then, the hop production had spread along the banks of the Savinja River and imprinted an indelible mark on the entire valley.
Hoppy dry Gin is made from high quality distillate in which we combined juniper and hop flavours.
