　現当主ジュゼッペ氏は2003年にワイナリーを引き継ぎ、一族の財産である伝統を尊重しながらも革新的に厳しい基準をクリアした有機農法を取り入れ、古いものと新しいものの調和をはかりながら新しい時代に突入した。
ワイン造りは良き友人でもあるフランク・コーネリッセンの影響を受けつつも、ミクロクリマの研究、畑ごとの醸造などに拘り、独自のスタイルを追求している。
畑はエトナ火山の北斜面標高約650mから780mの間に25haほどを所有
樹齢は50年から100年を越えるものまであり、収量は１ヘクタールあたり35キンタルと超低収量。

Miraval, in the village of Correns, amongst the rugged, scrub-covered hills of the Var department to the west of Draguignan, is the summer home of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. He discovered a vineyard with clay-sandstone soil which is ideal for growing grapes. He became involved in organic farming with his children and brings his champagne experience to the sparkling wines of Bourgogne. The Blanc de Noir rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. This is a delicate wine with glamorous and elegant aromas coupled with bitter and spicy flavor of red fruits.

One of the best Champagne Producer of Blanc de Blancs is “ Pierre Carllot “.
40,000 years ago before they were built they were direct sales to center customers from the old days in France every year, just phrases from being exported to outside the country. This rose Champagne is very unusual for Pierre Callot. Red fruit mouth-filling, aroma, such as charcuterie and spices to ham smoked and cloves with a firm structure.
