For one night only, temper transforms into a sensorial celebration of q***r expression, community, and connection.

In partnership with Man About Town and as part of Pink Fest 2026, join us for an evening of drag cabaret, live vocals, theatrical spectacle, and unapologetic self-expression. Expect glamour, mischief, and moments of delight as House of Rose takes over the room with a series of immersive performances throughout the night.

We are incredibly proud to share that our Group Wine Director, Roberto Durán ( ), Master Sommelier, together with our sommelier team at temper, have been recognised by Star Wine List 2026.

This recognition is a meaningful milestone for Ebb & Flow Group – and a testament to Roberto’s leadership and the collective expertise of our sommeliers in shaping our group’s wine vision and culture, brought to life across concepts such as temper. Wine Room & Lounge.

We are deeply grateful for this honour. And this is only the beginning.
