Co-created by friends of Ebb & Flow, this exclusive menu celebrates the flavours, cultures and character of five iconic Formula 1 destinations.

Each chef reimagines a different circuit through a signature dish, taking guests from the bold hospitality of Jeddah and the meticulous precision of Suzuka, to the multicultural energy of Marina Bay, before arriving at the timeless culinary traditions of Monza and the vibrant spirit of Barcelona.

Complementing the menu is a curated w**e programme by Master Sommelier Roberto Durán Roberto Duran MS featuring three pairing journeys — Pole Position, Race and Victory Lap.

For two nights only, Grand Prix: Grand Cru celebrates the world’s great w**es through three expertly curated tasting flights by Master Sommelier Roberto Durán Roberto Duran MS ⭐️

Choose from P1, P2 or P3, each featuring a sparkling, white and red served as generous 125ml pours, progressing through benchmark producers, Grand Cru vineyards and increasingly rare selections.

Throughout the evening, vinyl DJs soundtrack the experience, transforming dinner into an immersive celebration of w**e, music and atmosphere.

On 5 September, we are blowing out the candles with Clara Rosa at Temper as we close out our first anniversary weekend.

Her sets move between indigenous percussion, Southeast Asian references and contemporary electronic music, pushing heritage into new territory on the dance floor. Clara is the first Filipina to perform at Sónar Festival, appear on Keinemusik Radio, and play HÖR Berlin and Rinse FM, with two appearances at aprtment life.
