He’s a rising star making cult-status wines from a tiny 1.5-hectare plot in Burgundy, and has earned a cult following between the natural wine lovers and serious burgundy collectors.

Every Friday from 9pm, Big Wine Freaks shifts into its second chapter.

Here’s what to expect:

•⁠ ⁠Guest DJs setting the mood for the night.
•⁠ ⁠A new atmosphere — dinner gives way to a late-night vibe.
•⁠ ⁠Rare magnums and special bottles poured by the glass.
•⁠ ⁠Late-night bites — Crispy Chicken with Caviar, Mini Gougeres, Fries with Yuzu Kosho, etc.
•⁠ ⁠A room that gets louder, livelier and more social as the night goes on.
•⁠ ⁠The Backstage — our standing area behind the DJ booth, where guests drop by after their plans, or after drinks elsewhere. Grab a glass, join the crowd and stay a little longer than you planned.
