After working alongside winemakers of the caliber of Armand Heitz, François Lecaillon brought his best ideas, and new life, to Fery’s estate in 2023: natural yeasts, careful barrel selection, and close attention to grape maturity. The domaine’s 36 wines turned fresher, more modern, and full of energy.

a new cellar-master brought from Armand Heitz’ winery brings a deeper, more serious and energetic style.
