To our Panamericana family,
Given the recent rumours and uncertainty, we want to take a moment to address our current situation with openness and respect for everyone involved.
Despite our best efforts—including numerous pivots, cost-saving initiatives, and a deep commitment to the brand—we have not been able to return the business to financial viability. It is with heavy hearts that we share that Panamericana will be entering a winding up process. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, and one we have not taken lightly. We will now begin the process of winding up the business, including the sale of assets to help settle outstanding staff salaries and supplier obligations as best we can.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to our incredible team. You have been the heart and soul of Panamericana, and your loyalty, passion, and resilience have meant the world to us. To our suppliers—thank you for your unwavering support and partnership over the years. And to our regulars and cherished customers: your love, laughter, and loyalty have filled our space with unforgettable moments. From weddings and proposals to lawn parties and long lunches, the memories we’ve created together will always live on.
We are immensely proud of what Panamericana stood for and what we built together. While this chapter is closing, the community and friendships formed will forever remain.
