Every Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday, our team rolls, shapes, and prepares pasta fresh in-house for service.

Settle in with our Spaghetti Carbonara, tossed with rich guanciale, fresh egg, Pecorino Romano, and Grana Padano, bringing together a silky sauce and perfectly al dente strands in every bite.
