About Skyve Wine Bistro
Located just minutes away from Orchard Road, Skyve is an all-day wine bistro popular for its hearty modern European fare and extremely well-priced wines. It is a perfect hotspot for get-togethers with family and friends, and also an ideal space for birthday celebrations, engagement parties, intimate weddings, corporate events and product launches. Continuing on the gastronomic success with oysters, the refreshing Raspberry Mignonette and savoury Rockefella are new additions to the Sleeping Oysters list. The Parmesan Beef Burger breaks free from the confines of traditional burger techniques by encompassing savoury parmesan cheese within the burger patty. The result is a burger that’s bursting with salty goodness and the robust flavours of quality meat. The tender yet crispy Confit of Duck Leg is accompanied by a gloriously creamy sweet potato mash and a crunchy candied brussel sprouts. Drizzled with just the right amount of tamarind jus that cuts through the fat of the duck, you’ll be smacking your lips at first bite. (Plus, it’s gluten free too!)

Choose from a range of brunch-inspired items such as Skyve Sous Vide Eggs Benedict and Ricotta Hot Cakes to a wide range of pastas, burgers and desserts daily. Bar Snacks Menu
Highlights include the Mini Beef Burgers, Mini Pork Cheek Burgers or the Skyver’s Wings served with Thai Chili. Great for sharing are the Skyve Pizza Slabs which come in a selection of toppings like the Pesto Chicken a cheese based pizza topped with pesto marinated chicken and mushroom ragoute. All flat bread pizza bases are freshly baked in-house.The Bar Snacks Menu is available daily from 4pm onwards. Promotions

Provided by upcoming local musicians is available at Skyve Wine Bistro every Friday and Saturday from 7.30pm/8pm till late. Live Band Performance is subject to closure for private events.
