it's different when you visit a wine fair as a trade participants vs a public. The warmnest of the people, the number of active booth, the choice of wine....I would say it's betta to go as trade participants. The japanese food fair besides wine fair was not bad though.....

New wine this week: Sartori Pinot Grigio. Pinot Grigio is Italy's most popular white wine. Sartori Pinot Grigio, hails from northwest region of Friuli, where this grape varietal is best grown. A light, crisp white wine with lots of freshness. Meant to consume young.

Swiss Wine Tasting on 1 July 2010 was a unique experience! Totally new taste of European wines. It's the first Swiss wine for most people attending the tasting. Best seller of the Night: White Merlot and Humagne Rouge. Wine preference is really very individualistic. Some like the lightness of Fendant and Humagne Rouge. Some like the fruitiness of Gamaret. I think it is very much influence by our food, the tastebud that we are being brought up with.

Beerfest Asia 2010. Tasted some good Belgium beers. Especially like those Fruit Beer and Magners Pear Cider. Taste like a nice cocktail drink.
