To express Big Love, we brewed a simple, easy-to-drink hazy IPA.
We aimed to express the best qualities of each beer ingredient—malt, yeast, and hops—in a cosmic way.
We focused on both the fruity aroma and the fruity taste.
It's not a heavy, full-bodied beer, but it's fun to drink and pairs well with food!
Mango, citrus, pineapple, lychee!

ビッグラブを表現するためにシンプルなレシピで飲みやすいヘイジーなIPAを仕込みました。
モルト、酵母、ホップというビールの原料それぞれのよさを宇宙的に表現しました。
香りのフルーティさとともに味のフルーティーさにもこだわりました。
ゴリゴリ系ではないですが、食事とのペアリングも楽しくまったり飲める！！！

Inspired by the idea of hops as umami, this beer is built not around a single hop note, but the full spectrum. Through layered dry hopping, we’ve combined dank and piney depth with citrus, white fruit, tropical and herbal aromatics. Each hop plays a supporting role, enhancing the others to create a bold, mouth filling hop character.

The result is a beer where complexity comes from balancing a hop expression that’s rounded, expressive and deeply satisfying.

五次元フルーツマスターやMr.SHAKE SHAKE SHAKEのライブなど、かなり楽しめる内容のフェスですが、
会場ごとにホップの特徴を生かしたIPAが提供されていることでも有名。

Brewlander : NWA (Singapore)
Modern West Coast IPA
ABV 6.0%

Juicy, loud, and built to stand its ground. NWA is a West Coast IPA that comes through with ripe stone fruit, hints of peach and tropical sweetness, and a bright aromatic lift up front, before finishing clean with a firm, no nonsense bitterness. Full of flavour, low on restraint, and carried with confidence rather than polish. No smoothing the edges, no toning it down, just straight up flavour with attitude.

ジューシーで力強く、堂々とした味わい。熟したストーンフルーツやトロピカルフルーツの甘み、しっかりとした、飾り気のない苦味。
明るく華やかなアロマが前面に押し出された、どストレートで魅惑的なウエストコーストIPAです！
