🍇 *Behind the Harvest: Vendemmia in Italy 🇮🇹*
Every bottle of wine begins with a moment like this.
*Vendemmia*, the Italian grape harvest, is one of the most important periods of the wine calendar. After months of careful work in the vineyard, growers and winemakers closely monitor the grapes, waiting for the right balance of ripeness, acidity and flavour before harvesting begins.
This year, our Directors is in Italy during the 2026 harvest season, spending time among the vineyards and experiencing firsthand the dedication that goes into every vintage.
From picking the grapes to sorting the fruit and bringing it into the winery, harvest is where an entire year of work finally comes together. It is also the beginning of the next chapter, as the grapes start their transformation into the wines we will enjoy in the years ahead. 🍷
