Five more days together till our last hurrah on 8 October.

Over the years, we’ve reimagined handmade pastas as the backdrop to the season’s best. From shell-like rolls of gnocchetti, sauce-clinging frills of malfade, to countless iterations of stuffed pillows in cappelletti, agnolotti, tortellini, and counting — these shapes have been our language, and your tables their stage.

For those who’ve frequented us over the years, you’d know that we've always dared to be different with our wine programme.

From orange wines to sake at the table, wine sommakase to blind challenges, we dreamt up ways to make discovery approachable and fun.

Like the natural wine bars in Europe that first inspired us, it was always about stories: of farmers breaking from tradition, of bottles shared among friends, of finding a perfect match, or falling for a varietal you never expected to love.

Cacio e Pepe: pasta, cheese, and pepper - we stayed true to the magic of less-is-more, albeit with little winks and nudges that made it a staple many of you, have returned for over the years.

From the day we opened our doors in 2018, Bar Cicheti has been a love letter to the twirl and swirl. We set out to give both handmade pasta and wine equal footing, all to create a space where they could be explored and celebrated together.

From doling out bowls of pasta to pouring wines that were always of the unexpected and undiscovered, every plate and glass has been a chance to share what we love the most.

Seven years on, it has been nothing but our greatest joy to watch this little bacaro on Jiak Chuan Street grow into a neighbourhood institution, beloved by all
of you.

So thank you for letting us be part of your first dates, birthdays, celebrations, and gatherings big or small. Whether you’ve twirled with us time and again, or shared just one fleeting evening — you’ve made Bar Cicheti what it is, and we hope those memories last beyond the final pour.

Our time at Jiak Chuan may be ending, but you’ll still find pieces of us at , , and .sg. And maybe, just maybe, this won’t be our last twirl together.

Join us for a final send-off in the coming weeks. Our last day of service will be the 8th of October. Come through with your stories and memories - we would love nothing more than to see you one last time.

Squid ink pasta, sweet crab, garlicky and briny broth, and a shave of bottarga; we’re clearly not being subtle with seafood-forward.

Even with all that going on, it’s the make that makes it sing. The fresher, the silkier. The coarser, the more flavours cling.

It’s the green tart you didn’t know you needed after all that twirlin’ and sippin’.

Sicilian pistachio praline, pistachio cream, chantilly, a flick of sea salt and crushed pistachios—stacked, swirled, and sitting pretty.

Great for a little crunch, a little cream, and a whole lotta “get your fork outta my plate.”
