Team Highness We are not a label, we are Singapore HipHop. We work together as one. It was founded by husband and wife, Rauzan Rahman and Rafidah Rahman in late 2013.

Team Highness is a Singapore based company that is focus in promoting Singapore Hip Hop entertainment. Team Highness started out as an entity that promotes HipHop club nights for Chameleon Lounge Club that was located at 22 Dempsey Road and was also the founder of the most talk about event night, 'COLOURS', hosted by DJ Rattle, DJ Ollie'Des and Rauzan, which is now rebranded and owns by Alta Ego.

In mid 2014, the couple decided to expand and focus more on entertainment and created BASE Online SG where it covers from Online Radio, Online TV, Club Nights and music / video releases online from Singapore HipHop Artistes.
