Our Story
The Lazy Lizard Group started as a casual, no-frills neighbourhood restaurant at No 2 Sixth Avenue as Lazy Lizard Sixth Avenue in 2003. Serving a good range of international dishes and imported, award winning beers, it quickly became synomymous with good and friendly service.
Over the long period of 16 years, relationships were fostered. Feedback and encouragement enabled us to open another three full fledged restaurants namely Lazy Lizard NEWest, Lazy Lizard The Promenade and Little Lazy Lizard.
If you are looking for good quality food, a large variety of international beers, excellent and friendly service and for live sports, look no further and head down to any of our outlets. Still adhering to the original concept of a neigbourhood restaurant, after a few visits you will surely have made some new friendship.
