Jon picked up this recipe during his time working as a chef in Australia. The batter? Light, golden, and stays crispy the whole day. Not soggy. Not greasy. Properly crispy.

When we quietly took it off the menu, our regulars noticed immediately. They asked. They kept asking. So here we are.
