This is ours.
On the left is Russell β the man who built the foundation of our kitchen. With years of experience from Shangri-La Hotels, large-scale catering operations, and The Bark Cafe, he continues to shape the standards, culture, and direction of TAG's culinary team.
In the middle is Chef Mei β the heart of our daily operations. Every service, every plate, every busy lunch and dinner at TAG passes through her hands. She leads the kitchen with dedication, consistency, and care.
On the right is Chef Jack β a familiar face to many. After serving The Bark Cafe for over 10 years and joining TAG from Day One, he remains one of the pillars of our kitchen, bringing experience, loyalty, and passion to every service.
