We are into the home stretch of Club MX 8-Ball Pool League (Season 1)! Next week is the finale before the final curtain featuring On1 Special and Cheeky in the Cup Championship fight!

On1 Special took down Team旺得福 in the 1st Semi Final last week where they ground to the last rack in the Race to 9 battle. Team旺得福 started off strong and had been dominating to lead the match 4-0, 5-1 till 8-6. As On1 Special was in despair looking to bite the dust, Team旺得福 let their guard down towards the end and allowed the latter to elevate the match to hill hill. In the last rack, the composed Reno from On1 Special did a spectacular break and run out to propel his team into the Cup Final. What a special way by On1 Special to complete their celebratory Semi Final!

In the 2nd Semi Final, the hot favourite Cheeky was on their brutal attacking spree and performed several run outs to beat MX Predators 9-3 to parachute themselve into the Cup Champion Final.

Team旺得福 went on to finish as Cup 2nd Runner Up deservedly in their 3rd/4th placing encounter with MX Predators last Thursday.

The eagerly anticipated Cup Championship Final is scheduled on Monday, 21-Nov, 6.30pm. Will
Cheeky, already captured the league champion title, go on to bag in another honourable Cup Champion title? Can On1 Special perform another special on this especial Cup Final night? Dun miss this exciting and electrifying Cup Championship Final at Club MX.

Club MX will also be hosting the MX Shield match (race to 6) on Wednesday, 23-Nov, 6.30pm, to promote post tournament get together and players bonding among all participating teams. Prize presentation will be held immediately succeeding MX Shield and all team supporters and fans are welcome to mingle, celebrate and witness the successful closure of this mega event.
