We’ve been trying to get Paraphrase into Moonstone for a while now.

If you’ve heard of them, you’ll know why.

Located in Fortune Centre with just eight seats, Paraphrase has quietly become one of Singapore’s most coveted dining experiences. Known for its expertly grilled dishes and thoughtful alcohol pairings, securing a seat is often easier said than done.

So for one night only, Chef BK will behind the pass in Moonstone’s Kitchen. Expect a menu of small plates and hearty mains that showcase everything that’s made Paraphrase one of Singapore’s most underrated HIDDEN GEMS.

Kitchen takeover runs from 6pm–9pm. Secret Pals takes over the decks from 8pm till late to keep the night moving.

Garlic-heavy, properly seasoned, built to carry everything else.

Nice Rice came out of a mix of references —
Japanese precision, French technique, and whatever made sense on the plate.

It’s not trying to be one thing.
Just something that works.
