Challenge Rules:
1. The sake must be finished in one go (bottoms up).

先日、寛寿司ロバートソンキー店にてマグロ解体ショー(17.2kg)を実施しました！

常連客の依頼で23名様で寛寿司を貸切。
マグロをマグロのフルコースを提供しました。

なんと17.2kgのマグロは23名様が全て完食されした！

なかでも、ゲスト様自身がマグロの骨についた身を掬い取り、ご自身でマグロの手巻き寿司を作るという、貴重な体験かできるのマグロ解体ショーならでは。

お陰様で、2025年は、ほぼ毎月マグロ解体体験を開催し、ご友人との集まり、家族の誕生日、会社のイベント、特別なプライベートなご予約など、あらゆる機会に特別なひとときをお届けする事ができました。

We recently held a 17.2kg tuna filleting show at Kan Sushi Robertson Quay!

At the request of a regular customer, we rented out Kan Sushi for 23 guests.

We served a full tuna course.

All 23 guests ate the entire 17.2kg tuna!

The tuna filleting show offered a unique and valuable experience: guests scooped the tuna meat off the bone and made their own tuna hand-rolled sushi.

Thanks to this, we'll be hosting tuna filleting experiences almost every month in 2025, providing special experiences for all occasions, including get-togethers with friends, family birthdays, company events, and special private reservations.

I can accommodate groups from 10 to 200-300 people, and I can arrange shows at your home, office, hotel, or Kansushi (capacity: 45 people).

先日、横浜から日本大学中学校の学生さん達がシンガポール🇸🇬に来ました。

日本人企業訪問、という事で寛寿司に訪問いただき、私がハンドボールをして挫折した学生時代、ボクシングやキックボクシングでの経験、キャリア、何故、36歳で営業職を辞めて寿司の道に入ったのか、シンガポールでの起業から現在に至るまでの様々な出来事を生徒たちにお話しさせていただきました。

プロジェクターを使って90分、ミッチリ

私の拙いスピーチを真剣に聞いて、いろいろな質問をしてくれた生徒達、先生たちそしてアレンジしていただいたJTB様に感謝です。

スピーチを終えた後、1人の生徒が私に、寛さんはシンガポール生活が長いから、日本語が少し変なんですか？

って質問されましたが、
元々、日本にいる時から拙い日本語しか喋れませんでした。(笑)😂

Recently, about 40 students from Nihon University Junior High School in Yokohama came to Singapore🇸🇬.

They visited Kan Sushi as part of their tour a Japanese company in singapore.

I shared with the students about my student days when I gave up on handball, my experiences in boxing and kickboxing, my career, why I quit my sales job at age 36 to pursue sushi, and various events from starting my business in Singapore to the present.

We spoke for a full 90 minutes using a projector.

I'm grateful to the students and teachers who listened intently to my poor speech and asked me various questions, as well as to JTB, who arranged the event.

After I finished my speech, one student came to asked me, "Is your Japanese a little strange because you've lived in Singapore for so long?"

But actually, even when I was in Japan, I only spoke poor Japanese. (laughs)
