that on 14 July 1981, UWEEI was officially registered as a trade union, giving workers in the electronics and electrical industries a stronger voice and dedicated representation. ⚡

Forty-five years on, we continue to stand alongside our members by championing fair wages, better workplaces, encouraging upskilling.

To every member, leader and partner who has been a part of our journey: Thank you. Your trust and support have shaped who we are today, and will continue to inspire the work we do.

Our UWEEI members recently stepped behind the coffee machine to learn the art of crafting the perfect cup - from pulling espresso shots to creating their very own latte art masterpieces. Everyone picked up a new skill, cheered each other on, and enjoyed good coffee with even better company. ☕💙
