That’s a wrap for our Cue 8 Billiards 8-Ball Series Tournament! 🎱

A big thank you to everyone who came down to play, support, and cheer the players on. We had a great turnout and an awesome atmosphere throughout the day.

Congratulations to all our winners, and well done to every player who took part. We hope everyone enjoyed the competition, had some great matches, and made the most of the experience.

🟢Table Punch: $15/hour
🕚Start Time: 11AM
🕥Warm Up: 10:30AM

🎯Format: Race to 3, Double Elimination until Finals

🏆Prize Structure for 16 Players:

Champion: $250 + Trophy
Runner Up: $100 + Trophy
2nd Runner Up: $50 + Trophy
4th Place: 1 Year Membership

💨First Break and Run: $30 Alcohol voucher
🥂First Golden Break: $30 Alcohol voucher

🍹1 Complimentary non-alcoholic drink for each player*

Eligibility: 16 priority booking slots given to Ladies. APA SL3 and Below. BEE rating 2.0 and below. Barako C only. For players without, please contact us.

Handicap: "Last ball" handicap for ALL Ladies. (Last object ball removed once the prior has been sunk, proceeds to play the 8 ball.)

Minimum 1 season of recorded play with 10 or more games. 8 Ball SL takes priority. For players without, feel free to contact us for eligibility.

Rules:

A) WPA 8 ball rules
B)Triangle rack
C) Rack your own
D) Alternate break
E) No break box
F) Golden break is a win
G) Frozen ball applies
H) Kicking dispute, please call spotter before you intend to kick soft or object ball near the rail.
I) Losing player will collect and return the balls and punch the tables, winning player will come report the score.
J) Last ball handicap applies for all ladies.

🏆National Cue8 9-Ball Open & Women Ranking 2026 has officially come to an end! 🎱

We would like to extend our appreciation to all players, supporters, officials and partners for making this event a success. Over the past weeks, we witnessed exceptional performances, fierce competition, and great sportsmanship from players across both categories.

Women Category:

🥇 Champion: Neo Yue Xuan $500 & Trophy
🥈 Runner-Up: Cheryl Hoe $300 & Trophy
🥉 Semi-Finalists: Tan Bee Yen & Jean Qwek $150

Open Category:

🥇 Champion: Aloysius Yapp $1500 & Trophy
🥈 Runner-Up: Raith Ang $800 & Trophy
🥉 Semi-Finalists: Ang Boon Lay & Sharan Shekaran $450 & Trophy

Quarter Finalists: Louis Cai, Nicol Chan, Leigh Ko & Ang Yan Sheng $200

Among the standout moments of the tournament was the thrilling Open Category Semi-Final match between Raith Ang and Sharan Shekaran, which went all the way to hill-hill before Raith edged through 11-10. The Grand Final also delivered a fitting conclusion, with Raith putting up a strong fight against Singapore’s No. 1 Aloysius Yapp, before Aloysius sealed the title in style with a golden break in the final rack!

A special thank you to Cuesports Singapore for sanctioning this event as well as supporting the continued growth of cuesports here in Singapore.

Congratulations once again to all winners and participants. Thank you for being part of this incredible event, and we look forward to seeing everyone again at future tournaments!
