As we approach Vietnamese Lunar New Year, we loved this beautiful story shared by the Embassy of Sweden in Vietnam - a reminder of how food connects cultures beyond borders.
In 2024, Swedish chef Erik Videgård visited Vietnam for the very first time. What began as a journey quickly turned into something deeper: a lasting inspiration drawn from Vietnamese flavors, people, and traditions.
That experience has now become a cookbook:
