​🐟 Steamed Saithe Effortlessly elegant. Delicate steamed saithe over tender pointed cabbage and smooth turnip purée, finished with a rich chili beurre blanc.
​🍄‍🟫 Fried King Oyster Mushroom Earthy and satisfying. Crispy fried king oyster mushroom paired with smooth mushroom purée, fresh salad, potato, and a kick of chili oil.
​🍗 Chicken Karaage Bold, crispy comfort. Golden chicken karaage over rice with a punchy gochujang-dressed cabbage salad, kewpie mayo, and fresh spring onion.
