Unfortunately we have to cancel this weekends events, this is for the better since we are going to purchase some oils for the beer. The fun thing is that you will be able to join our private testing panel.

The Weekly Brew Journal

Well at this moment it seems that our specially ordered yeast is starting to eat the sugar slowly, we are waiting for it to go bananas.

This sunday we will start planning our next batch, what it will be? No one knows, but one thing is for sure and that is that it's going to be a damn good ale. I think I've said a little bit to much now ;-).

Quote- If you wait for something and you get it straight away you'll get bored of it eventually. If you wait for something for a while it's going to be amazing in long run.
