Last fall, we had special guests at the restaurant. Tonight it’s time to see what happened… We had incredibly fun during a looong thrilling day in Bräcke. A big hug to everyone involved, Tina, Tommy and Tom, the production company and last but not least all the contestants. We are deeply impressed by what you managed to pull together. May the best man/woman win!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I höstas hade vi finbesök på restaurangen när Sveriges Mästerkock kom på besök. Ikväll är det dags att se vad som hände… Vi hade otroligt kul under en låååång spännande dag i Bräcke. Stor kram till alla som var på plats, Tina, Tommy och Tom, produktionsbolaget och inte minst deltagarna. Vi är djupt imponerade över vad ni lyckades få ihop på volley, fantastiskt bra jobbat. Må bäste man/kvinna vinna!

Are you the one we’re looking for?
The one who wants to join our team.

The Outdoor Kitchen
Where the smoke’s heavy, the heat is real, and the toys are big.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has at least three years of kitchen experience
• Has worked over open fire - or is ready to get seriously good at it
• Speaks fluent English (Swedish is a plus)

It’s high pace, serious heat, and zero prestige.
The fire isn’t decoration – it’s our tool.



The Smokehouse
Our heart - this is where the magic happens.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a genuine interest in low & slow BBQ and wants to go deep
• Is structured, organized and detail-driven
• Speaks fluent English (Swedish is a plus)

This is craft. Patience. Timing.



These positions are seasonal, from mid-June to the end of August - with the possibility of extension for the right person.

Heyday! is a collision of chefs, bartenders, fire, craft, and obsession.
From pitmasters who carry generations of smoke, to chefs redefining fine dining, live fire cooking, street food and everything in between.
Different backgrounds. Different countries. One shared respect for craft.
Some of these names helped shape modern gastronomy.
Others are quietly rewriting it right now.

This year’s lineup is about collaboration, not hierarchy.
About standing next to the fire together, learning and helping each other and sharing food the way it’s meant to be shared.

The reveal starts now and will be updated several times a week until we’re done (it will take some time).
When the full lineup is unleashed, it’ll be bigger and mightier than ever before...
