Slow Food Saschiz Our objectives are to support local producers and gastronomy. Dinner costs Ron50 per person plus the cost of the wine consumed.

Our activities focus on Courtyard Dining where seasonal local ingredients are cooked as for the family. Seasonal food is served at our courtyard dining events and we aim to promote some of the great Romanian wines now available. Numbers are limited to around twelve people so booking in advance is essential.

It is with great sadness that we learn today of the passing of Carlo Petrini, founder of Slow Food. It was his inspiration that led us to create the Slow Food movement in Romania
