We've got the taste since childhood. Now we're back. Striving to bring our grandparents to mind. And all the magic they put on daily. And it suites us big style. We have a beautiful vegetables, potatoes & corn garden. A few fruit trees. A little vineyard. A greenhouse. And some livestock. We're constantly taming our 'urban impatience'. While touching up our skills to cook, make cheese, preserves,

💡 cinci minute de cultură

Tomatele (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill) provin din familia botanică Solanaceae, alături de ardei și vinete. Roşia, aşa cm este denumită în general, este o legumă cu originile în sudul Americii de Nord şi nordul Americii de Sud, este o plantă cățărătoare, perenă, anuală, care creşte în zone cu climă temperată.

La noi în ţară se cultivă peste 70 de soiuri, hibrizi şi populaţii locale de tomate și este una dintre cele mai apreciate legume de vară.

Din producția de anul acesta vă punem la dispoziție sâmbătă, 31 iulie, o cantitate proasospătă și numai bună de pus lângă o telemea sărată sau într-o salată.
